Obituary
Charles Patrick Christie, age 68, died peacefully at his home in Seattle, Thursday, October 22, 2009. Charles is survived by his wife of one year, Sharon; one brother; two sisters; several nieces and nephews. Committal and military honors will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at 2:00 pm at Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 SE 240th Street, Kent WA 98042 The family has requested BONNEY-WATSON Parker Chapel, 900 SW 146th Street, Burien, WA 206 244-2320 to handle arrangements.
‘At first we were friends, then soon it turned into a deep abiding love. We fit together like a pair of comfortable gloves. Sometimes we would finish off each other’s thoughts and sentences. I thought we would have more time together, but our time was cut short. I know I will never stop loving him or missing him. I guess the good Lord needed him more then me for he called him home.’
