Obituary
Cheryl Joyce Turner was born on November 23, 1967 in Seattle, Washington. She was the youngest child and daughter of Ocie and Marjorie Turner. She joined Peoples Institutional Baptist Church and was baptized under the pastorage of the late Rev. E.W. Bratton. During her youth and young adult years, she was very active in youth activities and other church organizations.
Cheryl graduated from Cleveland High School. She also attended and received an associate degree from Seattle Central Community College. She worked 24 years at Harborview Medical Center in Food Services.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her brother Ronnie Turner. She leaves to mourn her passing: her parents: Ocie and Marjorie Turner; sister: LaRayne; brother: Carlton and his wife Loretta; nieces: Christina, Cathleen; great-niece: Milaya; aunts: Eddie-Mae, Earlene, Dorothy, Sweet and Mary; great-aunts: Aunt Doll and Aunt Clara T; great-uncle: Cornell Daniels and also many other cousins, relatives, family & friends.
We will miss her, but hope to see her again in “The Sweet By and By.” Her pain and miseries of life are over. May she rest peacefully in the arms of Jesus.

Losing a child, sibling or parent is one of the hardest loss you have to endure! But we know God won’t put on us anymore than we can bare! Stay strong and know she’s in a better place!
