I was saddened to see the obituary of Clifford in the paper tonight. I am the daughter of Barbara Langdon – her step-father was Hilmer Sahlin, Anna Landstrom’s brother. One of my fondest memories of the Landstrom family was a Christmas Eve celebration at Aunt Anna’s house…must have been 1961. My Dad was in Japan with the Marines and we were living in the little house on the corner below Aunt Anna’s…it was so much fun to be with this wonderful family who treated us like we were ‘just part of the family.’ Mother so often talked about Clifford and Laurence. My prayers are with the family.
