Daniel Arnone, 1939-2011.
Daniel Arnone of Bellevue, WA passed away peacefully on July 25, 2011 at age 71. He was born November 13, 1939 in Renton, WA to Anthony and Dora Saineghi Arnone. He was a salesman/supervisor at Gai’s Bakery in Seattle for over 30 years and a member of the Sons of Italy. Upon retirement, he ran his Marlowe’s Sub Station at the Puyallup Fair. He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Frank Arnone, Louise Bugge, and Gertrude Park and by Papa Jim DeLaurenti, his beloved Rose Patricelli DeLaurenti, and the beautiful love of his life, Valerie DeLaurenti Arnone. He is survived by his brother Anthony Arnone, children James and Andrea Arnone and Gina and Jay Sjolander; five grandchildren, Ariana and Martino Arnone and Parker, Connor, and Danni Sjolander. The family is grateful for Dan’s extended Lil’ Jon’s Restaurant family for their support. A funeral mass will be Thursday, July 28th at 10:00 a.m. with viewing beginning at 9 a.m. at St. Madeleine Sophie Catholic Church, 4400 – 130th Place SE, Bellevue, WA 98006. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or to any hospice or Dementia Care organization.
To my dear friend Gina and her family. Your father was a wonderful man and will be missed greatly. I was blessed to be able to grow up with Arnone family, and share all they had to give. Your house/parents were my 2nd family, and I will always treasure all the wonderful memories. Love and prayers to you all.
