Daniel K. Camp

Obituary
Daniel (Kamppila) Camp, age 72, passed away on November 27, 2024 in Federal Way, WA, formerly from Worcester, MA.
Daniel was preceded in death by six brothers and three sisters. Daniel also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who cherished him deeply.
Daniel was a free spirited man who lived life to the fullest. He loved to go dancing, listening to his favorite music. Dan was also a man who loved exploring history and watching movies. One of his favorite traditions was his weekly “date night” with his sister Sondra where they would watch “a good movie” together. Just don’t call during that time – he made sure everyone knew it was sacred!
Dan leaves behind friends in Massachusetts as well as Seattle. Daniel also leaves behind his loving Aunt Alice Cradle, with whom he shared a special bond.
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Axel from Sunrise Apartments in Seattle for his friendship and kindness he showed to Dan.
Special appreciation goes to Victoria, Dan’s dedicated PCA, who went above and beyond to facilitate FaceTime visits for Dan and Me. Additionally, thank you to Noel, his social worker, and Jonathan from his assisted living community. I’m sure I may be forgetting someone, but please know your kindness and care for Dan were deeply appreciated.
Uncle Dan, I will miss our phone calls, FaceTime chats and silly moments we shared.
Rest in Peace – you will always be loved and remembered.
With love, your favorite niece,
Denise Savageau-Page
