Darlene Pettersen
66, Born June 29, 1944 in Vancouver, B.C, Canada. Died February 6, 2011 in Burien, WA. Darlene became a U.S. citizen August 4, 1972.
She retired from Operating Engineers Union Local 302 after 21 years.
Darlene loved crocheting and sewing. Beloved wife of Paul;”Freddy” mother of Ken Kellie and Kim; step-mother of Cory and Angie; sister of Gordon and his wife Christy; aunt of Aubrey and many foster siblings.
Service 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at Bonney-Watson Washington Memorial, 16445 International Blvd, SeaTac.

I’m so sorry to here of Darlene’s Passing. She will always be remembered by her beautiful smile and her caring ways. Always thinking of others. She is now home with the lord and I’m sure she’s working on something and helping out like always. She will be missed and thouhgt of often. Paul and Page Ann

We send our deepest condolences to all of Darlene’s family. Darlene will be missed and not forgotten! Kevin will miss his many conversations with her, in the summertime as he would do his yard work. Edith will miss Darlene’s presence always as a quiet and giving spirit. There is no more pain for Darlene anymore.

Darlene you will be missed greatly for many reasons including the awesome way your “Crafting” touched everyone’s hearts with your dolls. I will greatly miss our talks about crafts. But am positive Your laughter in heaven will shine down for us all to hear as rays of sunshine.
