Obituary
David Alexander Morgan passed away peacefully on September 27, 2007 in Seattle, WA.
Dave was born in Lordsburg, New Mexico on August 31, 1943. He enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1960 and was stationed in Italy, California, Thailand and Florida. In 1968, Dave’s son was born. Upon discharge from the military that same year, Dave moved to the Seattle area.
Dave completed his BA in Business Administration at the University of Washington, Seattle, in 1971. After graduation, Dave was an instructor at Highline Community College, taught a CPA review course, and served as an accountant for the US Securities Exchange Commission, Operations Manager for security firms and Examiner for the NASD. In 1977, Dave married Nadine and in 1991 the two became full-time housing providers in their family-owned business.
Dave enjoyed playing chess, gardening, teaching, hiking, fishing and “boogieing.” He and Nadine loved traveling-especially to Hawaii, Mexico, Montana and Dave’s native Southwest-and visiting with friends and family.
Dave is succeeded by his wife of 30 years, Nadine Morgan of Tukwila; his son, Eddie Morgan of Eureka, CA; his sister, Alice M. Holmstrom of SeaTac; his stepfather, Ken O. Bradford, of SeaTac; and many friends and relatives who will miss him dearly. Per Dave’s request, no service is scheduled; close friends and relatives will gather privately to honor Dave’s life. The family suggests donations to Boys Town in Nebraska in remembrance of Dave. The family has entrusted arrangements to BONNEY-WATSON Washington Memorial, 16445 International Blvd., SeaTac, WA 206 242-1787.
Dear Nadine,
Having lost my Sister in a similarly quick and tragic way,it seems that too many things were left unsaid and too many plans were left undone. I can only hope that time will help ease your pain and that you keep busy, doing the things that you enjoy. Our deepest sympathies, Dave & Claudette

Dear Nadine,
I hope you received my card. Although, I never had the pleasure of meeting Dave in person, he was always very kind to me whenever I called and needed something. Please feel free to call on me should you need any help.
Sincerely,
Barbara
Dear Nadine,
I’m so sorry. Dave was the sweetest man and he had such a great sense of humor. I will always remember him with love. I’m sending you big hugs and lots of love. Please…please let me know if I can help you with anything. I know that your girls are going to be big comfort for you. You will be able to help each other get through this. He will be missed.
Take good care of yourself.
Love,
Steff

I considered Dave to be my go to guy and lunch partner while we were both with NASD. I’m sorry I didn’t make more visits to your home after he left. I especially will miss his calls to me every Christmas to see how I was doing and catch up on the year. I have many fond memories of our time together, both at the NASD and later. May time heal your ache. Ken
I wish I could wave a magic wand and make everything better for you,but I can`t.All I can do is be there whenever you need us whenever it helps just to know there’s someone who cares. Liz, Dan and Eric Cobb
Our prayers are with you and the girls. We will truly miss Dave and his wonderful humor. The PSDC will always be with you for support. If there is something we can do to help you in any way — we are always there for you!
Love –
Susan & Randy Larsen
Nadine,
Our hearts go out to you and we hope you will let us know of any help we can give you, Skookums and FloJo during this time.
Dave delighted in your accomplishments with the dogs. Many times, when the dogs discovered some new way to get attention, he would tell us about what they did. He was so proud of you and them.
Stay close, we want to be a part of this time with you.
Karen & Terry
