Dave was one of my best friends and I will hold many great memories of him in my heart forever. We chose Dave to be the godfather of our son, Tanner because of the man he was and the respect we had for him. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time. We will miss you my dear friend!

Our deepest condolences to Dave’s family. Dave, We think about you often and miss your smiling face at the gigs. They will never be the same without you. Thank you for all of your support through the years. George will wear the prayer cap you gave him until he lays down his sticks and will think of you with a smile and a prayer every time he puts it on. Rest in peace dear friend~ Until we meet again~
