Goodbye dear friend. We & all your friends are sadden to know your smiling face will not greet us as we had grown accustomed. You were a good friend, a good man, to soon gone. You will be there though when the beer is drank, the darts are thrown, the jokes are told. Forever in our hearts. Always,

David, I’m going to miss your laugh and sick sense of humor.I’m going to miss playing golf with you. It just won’t be the same. The round table won’t be the same either.I take some comfort in knowing your suffering is over, but by the same token, like every other friend of yours,I didn’t really want to let you go. God bless you and your memory.
