Debra Ann “Da” JOHNSON
Passed away peacefully in her sleep the morning of Wednesday March 9, 2016 in her home in SeaTac, WA with her beloved husband by her side.
Debra was born in a small town in Pike County, Kentucky on November 24, 1937. She moved to Seattle with her parents Pat and George Phillips where she attended Foster High School. During the 1960s, Debra was the proud owner of Debra’s Viceroy Restaurant in Seattle. She enjoyed to travel and spend time with her family, whom she loved dearly.
Debra is survived by her loving husband, Gary Johnson; her children Melody (David) Gillette and Ted Kollmar; her step-daughters Julie Gleason and Jayna Hanson; her grandchildren Joe and Jonny Kollmar and Tiffany and Kyle Gillette; her great-grandchildren Avarie Kollmar and Kendall Stadlman, and her sister-in-law Sue Kollmar.
A viewing will be held at Bonney Watson Funeral Home in SeaTac at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 18th, followed by a service in the Chapel of Memories at noon.
