Hello Family and friends,
I am my mother’s youngest son and I want to say for all my family, myself and many others that my mother of 84 years will be missed dearly.
She was loved by all, she was always giving and thoughtful to others. Our family is strong because of her love that she gave to us and others that she knew.
She always believed that family, good friends, children and God were very precious things not to be taken lightly.
Hard working and loving is how she will be remembered.
Take care and keep this in your heart for my mom and yourself;
family, children, friends, God and those in need are a very important things to consider because after all what do we have without that ?
My love and heart felt sympathies go out to all who knew Della. My grandpa is Arnold Santjer as many of you know went to be with the lord 3 years ago. Be strong and remember all the wonderful moments they will be comforting in days to come. We could only be so lucky and happy as all those who have passed and are at the right hand of the lord Jesus. My love to you all.
Dear Santjer Family, I am the youngest one of Bill and Elaine Ryks’ kids. On behalf of mom and dad, we send you our sympathy in the loss of Della. Mom and dad talked of her often. They had so much fun with her when she and Bill came to visit. I didn’t know her that well but it is so wonderful to know that she loved the Lord and instilled that in her family. What a legacy to pass on!!! Our hearts go out to you as you mourn her passing. Let her love live on.
Love, the Bill Ryks family

I miss my mother, but am happy in knowing she and Della are gabbing about things in heaven.
To all:
I am encouraged by the faith that Della shared with each of her family. She had so much love to give for her family and extended family. Her life of sharing in her faith and living it will be something that she now passes on to each of us. May we carry and share our faith as Della has done. We love you Aunt Della.
Bill, we know that this is a really hard time for you. May you be strengthened and encouraged to press on to the finish of your race through Christ Jesus. We love you.
Deepest condolences to Della’s family.

Bill and all of the family:
I am deeply saddened by the passing of my beloved aunt, Della. I am unable to come to the services at this time, but I wanted you to know how much both Bill and Della came to mean to me through the years. It was wonderful that they made the many trips to ND and MN that they did. We enjoyed them — and remember some fine breakfasts that they cooked in my mother’s kitchen. I do remember being in Seattle with Mom a few times. I remember Bill drove the bus that took Mom and me up to a beautiful town north of Seattle — Anacortes, perhaps? We had fun!
I was so thankful that Bill and Della made it to my mother’s funeral and that my brother Jim and I had a chance to spend some extra time with them before they flew home again.
It is so hard to lose a wife of so many years, Bill. I know first hand it is hard to lose a mother. I hope each of you will find comfort in the promises of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I know that Mom and Della are up in Heaven right now rejoicing together — and with others of the family who have gone on ahead. May God be with you at this difficult time.
Aunt Della, you have been loved by so many and will be missed by many. You are leaving a legacy of caring, compassion, joy, and optimism. You have been there for so many of us for all kinds of occasions, and it has been deeply appreciated! Thank you from Gary, Darlene, John, Dawn, and Michael–to all of Della’s family: May God continue to hold you in the palm of His hand! We care!!
My grandmother was the most hospitable, gentle, kindest woman I have ever had the privledge of knowing. She has shown me love when I didn’t even think I deserved it. She had a sense of humor and laugh that I will never forget. I will deeply miss her. Her last days have taught me more than my last 38 years on earth and I owe it all to her and our lord. I just hope that I can pass her spirit of life on to my daughter and pray that I will see her again when I pass on to the after life. Eric Keeley
