Delores Betty Kadeg
Betty went home Nov. 10, 2010, Burien, WA John 3:16, 14:1-6. Born May 17, 1921, Spokane, WA, only child of Delos B. and Hulda Johnson Bell. She graduated from John Rogers High School, Spokane in 1939.
An accomplished pianist and vocalist, Betty ministered at Broadway Baptist and with the Grace Note Trio on KFIO radio. During WWII they sang at Servicemen’s Centers, where she met John. She relocated with her parents to Seattle after WWII, worked for founders of Bank & Office, married, and raised two sons. Betty taught piano, held Good News Clubs and Bible studies, and served as treasurer, bookkeeper, pianist and choir director for several churches into her 80’s.
Survived by John, her husband of 62 years, sons Roger and Larry, daughter-in-law Dianna, granddaughters Erin, Anna and Emily.
Memorial Service Saturday, Nov. 27th 1:00 p.m. at Washington Memorial Park, 16445 International Blvd., SeaTac, WA.
