I love you and miss you very much DAD! It has only been 5 days since your passing and I can’t stand the thought of not having being able to hold you in my arms… I will dearly miss your laughter, your love, your advice and most of all having you with us as a complete family. I know that it has been a long hard battle for you and that you are now in GOD’s hands, free from it all! Please don’t worry about Mom… I will take very good care of her the way that you would want me to. For now, it is okay to let go and be reunited with our sister Nora she has been waiting all these years for you Dad, Grandma Apong, Nana & Tata, and all of our beloved ones. You will forever be in my heart, prayers & thoughts. Love you, cho-cho… cho-cho… whistle, whistle… xoxoxo Demi Jr.
This is dedicated to a great man who affected every area of my life. I will greatly miss Mr Garrido otherwise known to me as ‘Uncle’.
He was like a father figure to me, during a time when I really needed one. I appreciated Mr Garrido and his family very much for teaching me the values of a family, and the responsibility of a husband and father. He was one of the truly great men I have met in my life, and I will always remember him as such. He instilled in me, many characteristics that I have today, such as value of family and friends. He also made me laugh a lot as a young kid and teenager, with his wit and humor. He never stopped teaching me new things, and did so, many times with humor.
I will greatly miss him and value the time I spent with him He will forever be with me, in my heart and thoughts. Love you Mr. Garrido! Robert Robby Watson

Rev 21:3,4.

BE NOT AFRAID…
“You shall cross the barren desert, but you shall not die of thirst. You
shall wander far in safety though you do not know the way. You shall speak
your words in foreign lands and all will understand. You shall see the face
of God and live.
Be not afraid. I go before you always. Come follow me, and I will give
you rest.
If you pass through raging waters in the sea, you shall not drown. If
you walk amid the burning flames, you shall not be harmed. If you stand
before the power of hell and death is at your side, know that I am with you
through it all.
Be not afraid. I go before you always. Come follow me, and I will give
you rest.
Blessed are your poor, for the kingdom shall be theirs. Blest are you
that weep and mourn, for one day you shall laugh. And if wicked men insult
and hate you all because of me, blessed, blessed are you!”
Oh, heavenly saints pray for us to the Lord our god, Oh St. Patrick my beloved patron saint I ask thee to pray for us. Guide his beloved spirit to the highest level of our Lord’s kingdom at which you sit! May he have peace and eternal happiness; May he dwell in the great halls of white with his fathers before him… Oh muse, guide us, guide us!
In nomine Patris, et Fillii, et Spiritus Sancti. Amen.

Sorry I am not able to attend the funeral, but my prayers are with all of you. I will miss and always keep Uncle’s memory in my heart.
Uncle has given me strengh and inspiration to be strong and to fight my illness not knowing he was fighting his own battles.
Thank you Uncle for taking the time to show me that family will always be there for me when I truly need them the most. I love you and will miss you dearly.
My heart goes out to all of you with my deepest regrets.
Love Always,
Mary Ann and Family
Sorry to hear the passing away of a great man. Mang Demi and I were good friends working for quite a long time at the King Khalid Military City, Hafar Al-Batin, K.S.A. I am at the Engineering Department while he is at the Food Services. We were even there during the Gulf War – Desert Storm. After 11 years, I left KKMC in the year 2000 and no communication with Mang Demi since then (still no fb / ym).
Very unfortunate – when I found him at the net – he is gone.
My sincerest condolences.
