Diane Christine Turpin, 62, of Seattle, WA, passed away on Monday, August 4, 2014 at her home. Diane was born on February 18,1952 in Palling, British Columbia, Canada a daughter of Johnny Thomas Peters and Emma Walters Peters. and was a member of the Wet’suwet’en First Nation. Her siblings are Vikki Peters, Herman Peters and Loretta Walters. She enjoyed movies, sewing, reading, and shopping and worked as a beautician for many years. She is survived by her daughter, Natasha Turpin of Seattle, the Elders, Matriarch Elders, Heredity Chief, the Wet’suwet’en First Nation and the Cheslatta Band. Bonney – Watson; Capitol Hill is assisting the Turpin family.
