Obituary

Dionisia (Junie) Caballero LLANTO Born on Feb 8th, 1929, and passed  peacefully on Oct 14, 2013. She is survived by her loving son, Alex, his wife Laura, her brothers Eric Ortiz and Erwin Ortiz, and many grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Alejandro, and son Gilmore.  From Sibonga Cebu, Phillipines, she settled in Seattle in 1957.  She’s a proud retiree from UW Consolidated Laundry and a devoted parishioner of Immaculate Church.  Dionisia endured many health complications and fought everyday because she greatly loved her family.  Her faith in God, her strong beliefs, and her gentle kindness will always be remembered.  Viewing Thursday & Friday 2pm-5pm, Rosary Fri. at 7pm at Bonney Watson Capitol Hill. Mass Sat. at 12noon at Immaculate Conception Church, and burial at Washington Memorial in Seatac.

It saddens me to learn of your loss. I met your MOM who was with your DAD everytime he had an appointment at the VAMC in Seattle. Spent time with them talking about his experiences in the Army, the Filipino Community VFW and family. They were very proud of their children and grandchildren.I am thankful for the opportunity to serve both of them

Our prayers are with You Grandma Llanto, logan knows you are at peace with Grandpa. We will miss you forever. Hope you see old friends and family and maybe old family pets of yours and mine.
