Donald “Donnie” D. Bader

Donnie was born on August 14, 1942 at Swedish Hospital to Don and Florence Bader of Seattle, WA.  Donnie passed away October 17, 2013 as a result from complications of pneumonia. 

 

He was a proud member of Teamsters Local 174 for over 35 years.  He will forever be remembered for his ability to engulf an entire room with laughter and joy. 

 

Donnie was predeceased by his son Andrew T. Bader.  Donnie is lovingly remembered by his wife of 53 years Barbara; daughter Erin (Sam) Goodwill; son Steve Bader and grandson Steven Bader as well as extended family and dear friends.

 

 His kindness, generosity and strength will always live on in our memories.

Dear Barbara,Erin,&Steve, I’m so sorry to have read about Mr. Baders passing.I’m glad Shari & I got to visit with you both last year.Then,as now,I’m taken back in time to a wonderful week @Mason Lake,full of work,play,& lotsa laughs.I cherish the memories of what,now in hindsight,seemed to be a much more innocent time.You are all a very special part of those memories. We will remember Donnie’s smile, his laughter, and jokes. I (Fry) will personally miss our talks on the back patio. Tucker will miss your steaks scraps. You will be in our heart, forever Donnie. You will have them laughing in heaven. Rest in Peace.
