I will miss Don so much… his smile and his funny comments – always giving my dad a hard time… he was just too funny! And he had such a good heart even though he made Charlene move rocks! What a good man. The world really has lost an absolute joy. I’m very sad at his passing…

Charlene and family,

We were heartbroken to hear of Don’s passing – he will be greatly missed. Randy so enjoyed working with Don at the Water District, and it was wonderful to visit your family as all of our sons grew up. Don’s great sense of humor kept everyone entertained and laughing. He was a wonderful friend and we are saddened at his passing, but celebrate the many years of friendship. Love and best wishes, Randy and Diane Mullinax, Tony and Adam
