Dorothy May Scott, 91, passed on January 12, 2022. She was born in Mount Vernon, WA to William Stoutenberg and Mae Stoutenberg on December 05, 1930.
She married LeRoy Scott in 1948 and they lived together in Burien, Washington. Together they raised 4 children, William Scott, Caroline Scott, Dottie Scott, Wilma Milley. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Dorothy loved spending time with friends and family. Many friendships blossomed through attending church and her support to her husband, LeRoy’s role at the local Masonic Lodge.
Dorothy had many hobbies such as playing the piano, working in her yard and making flower corsages/arrangements. Through her older years she enjoyed making friends at her assisted living facility through putting puzzles together and making flower corsages for other residents.
