Dorothy held my children, Christina and Samantha, as babies with such love that it brought tears to both Rob and my eyes. She was so filled with love for her family and touched so deeply by even simple things they did for her that she is an insperation to me. She will be missed by us left behind as she goes to a much greater place, but we will keep her alive her in memories and pictures, told and shown to our kids so they will continue to know their wonderful grandma.

I only met Dorothy once when I visited with Rob & Val the year Samantha was born. Dorothy held Samantha with such tenderness & love and watched as Christina played. I could see her joy in being a grandmother and imagine what a good loving mother she must have been to Rob and wife to Bob. Rob & Val talk of her with great love. You are in my prayers as you grieve over this separation.

Dear Mr. Guernsey, I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m a friend of your Son and his Wife. I just wanted to let you know that I’ve been praying for your family for the last 2 years and I will continue to do so in the future. Your son, Bob, is a gift to all who know him here in Oklahoma. In this time of sorrow, I hope you find comfort in the fact that Dorothy has left a wonderful legacy here on earth in Bob. God Bless
