Duane Osborn passed away on August 3, 2016. Born in Wapato, Washington May 1934. Graduated from Toppenish High School 1952. Married the love of his life Donna Elder in 1952, who preceded him in death July 1999. Duane was a veteran of the Air Force, served 1952 to 1956, two years stationed in Korea. He was a member of the Northwest Paralyzed Veterans of America for 38 years. Participating in Paralyzed Veterans of America wheelchair games for over 30 years. Survived by 3 daughters, 4 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters.

In honor of Duane, donations can be made to Northwest Paralyzed Veterans of America 615 SW 152nd St, Burien WA.
