Edna Geraldine Burton, age 96, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 22, 2012 in Seattle, WA. Edna is survived by her son and his wife, Charles and Ginny Burton; granddaughters, Monique Burton-Cahn (Michael) and Kimberly Laurance (John); great-granddaughters, Norah and Jorja Laurance. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Burton in 1956 and her sister, Jean Smith in 2007. Funeral Services are being held on Friday, April 27th at 1:00 pm at BONNEY-WATSON Capitol Hill, 1732 Broadway, Seattle, WA. (206) 322-0013. The family prefers memorial contributions be made to the Altzheimer’s Society in Edna Burton’s name.
