Edwin Waldemar Freelund was born June 4, 1926 in Seattle WA, and died April 11, 2019 at age 92. He was preceded in death by his Father Edwin, Mother Johanna, 2 brothers Arthur and George, 2 sisters Doris and Violet, and his daughter, Lynn Marie
He is survived by his wife, Virginia Freelund; four children, James Freelund, David (Pam) Freelund, John (Kathy) Freelund and Carol (Darryl) Douglas; 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren
Upon graduation from West Seattle High school, Ed joined the Army Air Corps as a cadet. After his release from military service, he began his career at Young Corporation where he remained until his retirement. Ed spent his golden years with his family at the lake property where he enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing and continuously building his woodpile. His quick wit and smile will be greatly missed by all.
