Elizabeth “Betty” Helena (Stickel) STILLER
A Burien resident for 65 years, Betty Stiller, 87, born in ND, passed June 29, 2014.
Betty enjoyed gardening, raising flowers, and Camel cigarettes. She’d often take a walk around the neighborhood with her good friend and neighbor, Doris Fourhman.
Predeceased by her husband, Lawrence R. Stiller (d. 1995), Betty is survived by son Michael Stiller and wife Grace Stiller, Grandson John Stiller, sister Alma Johnson, brother Paul Stickel and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life for Betty will be held Saturday, July 13th, 2014 2pm, in the Bonnie Watson Washington Memorial Park Chapel, 16445 International Blvd, SeaTac, WA. The family requests a “living” memorial to plant a Dogwood tree in her honor (a tax deductible donation can be made to the Weed Warriors, PO Box 3455, Renton, WA 98056).
Betty was a special friend to our family and David tells stories of the days he spent hanging out with Michael and Betty.
