My condolences to the family. I got to know Elizabeth when I was walking past her house. Elizabeth would be in her garden and Carol and I started a conversation with her. We became known as the walking ladies. As Elizabeth got older, we would acknowledge her Birthday with card and goodies. Elizabeth always greeted us with a smile. She truly enjoyed her garden. Marianne, we crossed in the journey of life. I will remember your Mom for the rest of my life. So glad you met us while walking recently. Take care, Jo
I and my friend,Jo, used to go walking and we always stopped by Elizabeth’s house to say Hello. Used to admire her beautiful flowers and chat with her, even when she became housebound. Always gave her a card and lemon bread on her birthday. We will miss her sweet smile. Hello, Elizabeth, in heaven from the walking “girls”.
It is a tribute to the strength and endurance of Elizabeth Pilo that she stayed with us for all of these wonderful 98 years, but I am sure that God is glad to have her back home. I know she now rests in absolute peace.
Grandma, Thanks for the trips to the ocean, to Victoria, Christmas Eve dinners at your house, working in the yard and being rewarded with Kentucky Fried chicken. I will miss you but know you are resting easy in the presence of your Lord and Savior.
I didn’t know Grandma half as well as I should have. She will be missed. I am with you all in spirit.
We’re very sorry for the loss of Aunt Elizabeth. Our thoughts are with you. Sorry we could not be at the memorial.
We will miss you Grandma, but we know that you are walking those street of gold with Jesus. We look forward to the day when we shall be together again in His presence. Rest easy now in His arms. I love you!
I am so sorry to hear about Elizabeth, but thank our good Lord that she died peacefully and is now finding peace. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Jan

Judy Coovertnee Schillerhere. What beautiful pictures you have posted! When my Dad John, her brothersaw her last week she was so sharp. They were discussing age and she said, “Oh John, you’ll grow up some day!” Keep in mind, my Dad is 90!
