I will miss his random calls which were ALWAYS a delight because you never knew what subject would be dropped in your lap. The range was endless. One time it was to help with a Mars lander project for the high school kids. Then it was the book he was writing for his granddaughter. Next and most recently it was global warming. He had a GREAT mind and used it to produce many unique things for Boeing and the larger community. He was unique and I will miss him dearly! My mentor at Boeing, Darrell Harting, always said he thought Erle was about the smartest man he ever met and I totally agree. It was an honor to know him.

We remember the talks across the back fence or when Erle walked down the street & would stop bye. The mornings that we had breakfast at Rudy’s @ Sally’s. Trying to get the city of Burien to get things done the right way.

Respects to the Family, Bob & Lumae, Kevin, Sean, Casey & Cal Jr.
