Though I never met Erling or you, Ida, the sound of your names brings back happy memories of my late father, Howard Auld, and his employment with you. He was very proud to be associated with you and thought of you as family. His admiration and gratitude toward Erling was boundless. I know that both of you appreciated Dad and offered him an opportunity to enjoy a productive and happy semi-retirement when he needed it most. Your kindness will never be fogotten. Mom and Bill also sends their condolences and thanks. Kathy
Oh, how I love the family!! I loved working with President Larsen in family history when in Seattle 4th ward.
So sorry to hear of Erling’s passing. I remember him as a kind man with a very sharp sense of humor. I worked at Air Carrier in the late 70’s and early 80’s and have great memories of working there. Erling always took chances on hiring us kids from Cleveland High, and I appreciate that.
May God comfort you.

Condolences to the Larsen family. I hadn’t seen Erling in years, but I do recall him fondly from our college days together.
Ila and family,
I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Erling.
I worked at Air Carrier Interiors in the 1970’s, it was the first job I worked at
while attending Cleveland High
School. It was a great experience working there. Erling was a very kind, patient, and fun employer to work for. My friend Lanita worked there also and my sister Darcy.
My heart is sad… My thoughts
and prayers are with you all.
Love, Debbie
Ila, our prayers are with you, your family and Erling. We will all miss him very much but we do have fond memories of our time together. The fond memories go back almost 48 years, but the best are the most recent when we could play golf together. Let us know if we can do anything to help, Larry and Audrey Salkield
My prayers are with the family. Earling will be truly missed. He has done quite well with his life, lived well and shared his love for it.
Ila,
Thank you for sharing Erling with Kiwanis. He became a mentor for me in the values of being a Kiwanian. He supported me in so many ways, and though I only knew him a few yearsbI will miss him dearly. There are so many Kiwanians who respected and valued Erlings dedication to service and I will help continue the many projects he started. I will make sure that Key Club will always be an important part of our Renton Key Club.
Love and prayers,
Roxanne Hanson
President,
Kiwanis Club of Renton

What a wonderful life Erling had! He was so blessed with three beautiful children, five grandchildren, a wonderful wife and many friends that admired him so. I especially will miss Erling comming in for his haircuts.

Dear Ila and family,
I was surprised and saddened to hear about the passing of Erling. I remember how he helped me in early 2000 when I was recovering from a near-fatal illness. I will remember him in my prayers.
