To the Merz family,

I am so sorry for your loss. It is never easy to say goodbye to a loved one. It seems strange that they are gone…you keep waiting for them to walk through the door or pick up the phone and call…your fond memories will live on in your hearts forever. They are precious and moments that must be treasured.

Please know that my heart goes out to each and everyone of you.

All my love and prayers,

Jackie

Uncle Gene was a very special man. His wit and humor will be a treasured memory. We are very grateful that we were blessed to have him in attendance at Mandie and Kale’s wedding here in Wenatchee in August. What a special time we shared together. Uncle Gene loved those Wenatchee cherries. Uncle Gene and Aunt Marlene have been there for us when we needed them most with the passing of Alice Mom. They were there for us during the hard times and constantly shared love and encouragement. We will miss you, Uncle Gene.
