Eugene “Gene” S. Denton, age 59, passed peacefully on October 2, 2006 at his home. He was a loving son, father and grandfather. Gene is survived by his father, Samuel Denton; son, Michael E. H. Denton; daughters, Traci Raymond Pigg and KC Engle; four grandchildren, Kyli, Jace, Beatrice and Vanessa. At Gene’s request no service will be held.

I was a childhood friend of Gene’s. I am sad to hear of his passing. Sam I know you must be grief stricken. I have no words to share that can fix the pain
I was a childhood friend of Gene’s; my family lived at 9803 – 31st Ave, SW in then – White Center. We were both around 16 when last we saw each other. I am prompted to respond to his obit in this Sunday’s Times 10-8-06 as comfort and condolence to his family. To you I would say have your time of grief and sadness over your loss of Gene physically, but know that he is still with you even as he has moved on in this great adventure we call LIFE Living In Forever Eternally! We all get HOME eventually; Gene will be there to greet us when we arrive!
