Evelyn B. Danner
Evelyn B. Danner passed away February 27, 2015. She was 92 years old.
Evelyn enjoyed a very full life despite becoming a widow in her early 40s. She raised her three children and saw all three of them graduate from college. Evelyn loved to travel and first did so as a military wife. Later in life she was introduced to cruising. That immediately became her preferred mode of travel and she went on many cruises with friends and her family. Evelyn was very outgoing and made friends wherever she went and stayed in touch with them for years and years. She worked for decades at the University of Washington Medical Center, retiring in 1988 as the director of the EKG lab. She then began volunteer work at the Snohomish County jail where she became the volunteer of the year.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Harry and her son, Douglas. She is survived by her children, Stephen (Karen) and Marilyn (Dusty) and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Services will be at Bonney-Watson Memorial Funeral Home at SeaTac on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at 10 a.m.
