Frederick Dean Heimberger
March 23, 1935 - May 2, 2019
Obituary
Frederick “Dean” Heimberger passed away peacefully during the morning of May 2, 2019 after battling pneumonia and age related illnesses. Dean is survived by his life partner and fiancé Frances Anderson, sons Scott Heimberger and Darryl Murphy, sister Arlene Hubbell, step son Bart Black, and grandchildren Sara Heimberger, Jacob Heimberger, and Alexandra Black.
Dean was born March 23, 1935 in Rexburg, Idaho to LaPreal Violet Jensen and Frederick Paul Heimberger. Dean was baptized in the LDS church by his grandfather but fully accepted Christ alone three weeks prior to his passing. Dean graduated from Seattle’s Cleveland High School in 1953
Dean was a retired Boeing machinist and a member of the International Association of Machinists union and a US Naval Reserve Veteran in which he served duty on the USS Lexington. Also a member of the Buckley Eagles, Dean was an avid owner of “boy toys” that over his life included dirt motorcycle riding, horses, boating, fishing, four wheel driving, RV traveling, classic cars, and most recently street touring bikes such as Honda Gold Wing and Harley Davidson motorcycles. Rumor has it that during his younger years Dean even attempted bronc and bull riding!
Dean’s will be missed and his ashes will rest at Bonney Watson Washington Memorial in SeaTac, WA.
Dad, You will be missed but I am happy that you now are at peace with my brother, sister, grandpa and grandma and others… thank you for life!
You Son,
Scott
