Garry C. ANDERSON, SR

Garry was called to Heaven September 1, 2014.  He was born in 1931 to Ellen and Clifford Anderson in Pocatello, ID. 

Garry married his true love, Nyla R. Jones, in June, 1958.  They resided in Pocatello while Garry worked for Purina Mills until 1969.  He and Nyla relocated to Washington state where they would spend their lives raising their family while Garry worked for Bunge Foods until his retirement.  At which time he would spend his retirement BBQing, fishing with his sons Bobby and Russ and tinkering in his garage. 

Garry is survived by his 4 daughters Sandy (Bobby) Johnson, Melanie (Danny) Cruz, Gayla (Phil) Fisher and Jewelie Williams; 1 son Garry C. Anderson JR; 4 children from a previous marriage, 22 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.  Garry is united in death with his wife of 53 years Nyla; sons Tom, Danny and Russ; granddaughter Jasmine and his parents. 

Daddy and Grandpa, We will miss you. 

Visitation will be held Sunday, September 7, 2014 from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM at Bonney-Watson Federal Way, 1535 SW Dash Point Road, Federal Way.  Funeral service, 11:00 AM, Monday, September 8, 2014 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 31816 – 47th Avenue SW, Federal Way.  Interment to follow at Mt. View Cemetery, Auburn.

Oh daddy, you are missed more than you could know…i am comment knowing you are back with mama, i am saddened that you are gone from us…daddy, thank you so much for just being exactly who you were… i will spend the rest of my life missing you and mama, and going that i am have the parent and grandparent that you were…until i see you again daddy, i love and miss you with all my heart… goodbye daddy
