My thoughts are all with you and am looking forward to seeing you all at the service. Your Mom was one fantastic lady. I remember going to the Bon when she was working there and thinking how cool my aunt working in such a important place and braging to my friends about her. I will miss her tremendously.

Our family and friends all understand what it meant to be loved by her, She had no favorites it seems, or she would never disclose the fact if she had. For while in the presence of my Mother, she had a way of making each and every one of us feel like her favorite.

John, Jeanette, Marilyn, June and Mike. My heart goes out to you and your families. Your mom was such a special lady and always had a smile on her face. I will always treasure the memories of visiting with Geneice and Maurice and will miss seeing Geneice when I visit Hazel at Birchview.

I had not seen Great Aunt Geneice in a number of years, but have VERY fond memories of both she and Maurice from when I was younger. I remember their visits to Lincoln and how much fun we always had just sitting around talking, even at my age, I was thrilled with the stories, mostly about family!! As my mother said, there was that trip to San Diego!! So much fun, some great memories, even though I was only 8. May you rest in piece Great Aunt Geneice. You will be missed!!

Many wonderful memories. Once when I was young she pinned a seagull on by blouse as she left. I still have what survived a washing.

She was amazing in all aspects; mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother, wife and friend.

I am sending my love and prayers to you, John, Jeanette, Marilyn, June, Mike and all of your families. Geneice was wonderful. She was loving and I never heard her say anything that was not wonderful or affirming about anyone. I was named for Grandma Ruth and Geneice. Even though I had not seen her for years, I will always remember the generosity of her and Mauriceand Mike and Carolynin 1984 when I went to San Diego with my kids to a conference. Geneice and Maurice came to San Diego to help with my kids while I was at a conference. Unbelievable, warmth and love from all of them on that trip. We had such a good time, my kids still mention that trip. Last March I was in San Diego with my daughter and two granddaughters, I saw the Star of India and thought of Geneice and Maurice. Rest in peace, my dear Aunt Geneice, you will always be in my heart.
