I have so many fond memories, beginning my first trio to the beach with Uncle George and Aunt Lyla, when I was a very young girl…about 10. They had me try eating raw oysters and laughed as I tried to keep from vomiting them back up.

Many trips yo visit them, as family, in Seattle. Their very generous wedding get to me …aunt Lyla took me shopping at JC Penney and let me pick out 10 sets of towels.

Family reunions too. And after Aunt Lyla passed, I spent times camping with Uncle George in his motorhome as well as visiting for a few days at a time while he was parked in Seattle. Ad then visited when he bought his home in Taoma too. We walked his yard, talking about plants, vegetables, pruning etc. Uncle George was a kind, happy, patient, generous man. I loved him dearly and was blessed to spend time with him his last year’s talking about The Lord. I will miss him here on earth and know he is with Jesus now. We will be reunited one day. You had a good life, my sweet, sweet uncle . No more suffering, no more pain for you.

Love and miss you Dad, you were always so loving and kind to me…I have so many fond memories of our times together that will forever hold a very special place in my heart. Loved camping and claming in the earlier days. It was cold on the beach, but so much fun all of us just being together. I remember seeing my first biggest birds nest ever with you!! Playing pinochle, family dinner get togethers, trips to Yuma Arizona, Las Vegas at Christmas or New Years just to name a few. Those are some of the special memories I’ll always cherish in my heart. Although I know you are in a better and beautiful place with your Lord and Savior it gives my heart comfort as I know one day I’ll se you again. Rest in Paradise my wonderful Father in-law. I love you
