Obituary
Greta Bullard was born in Trondheim, Norway on January 7th 1941. She passed peacefully on November 10th 2016.
She was the loving wife, sister, mother of 2, grandmother of 8 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren. She will always be remembered as a loving, caring, person with a great sense of humor.
She was the first unaccompanied minor to take a transcontinental flight into the US. At the age of 8, she then flew from Norway to New York to be reunited with her parents, Iver and Valborg Johnsen in Ketchikan, Alaska. They eventually moved to Seattle where most of her family currently resides.
Later in life Greta married Daniel L. Bullard on Jan 1st 1990 to present, and they had a lot of good times together.
Her family and friends also have many wonderful memories of time spent with her and she will be missed by all.
You will be missed grandma! I love you and thank you for everything you have done for mom and for us kids over the years.
You were such a loving big hearted, open minded, non judgemental woman. You never held a grudge nor did you ever hate . You were the best person I have ever known . Beautiful inside and out! Thank you for being a wonderful grandmother to me . I love you !
Heaven knows we need never be ashamed of our tears, for they are rain upon the blinding dust of earth, overlying our hard hearts.
Those we love don’t go away. They walk beside us everyday….unseen, unheard, but always near. Still loved, still missed, and very dear.
We love you grandma and will always remember your love, humor, and kindness.
