Obituary
Guadalupe Medina, age 77 passed away on November 22, 2017 in Burien Washington surrounded by family. She was born in Coahuila, Mexico to Frank and Martina Campbell. Guadalupe was full of life and a caring person. She loved to cook for her family and took great pride in her ability to care for others. She loved working with people and found her passion as a new restaurant opening trainer for over 20 years. Guadalupe was a loving and dedicated mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who will be forever missed.
Guadalupe is survived by:
Her twin sister Sarah Ortiz, John Medina, 3 children; Frank Medina, Laura Martinez, and Patricia Ramirez. She has been blessed with 11 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
I will always remember Lupe as a caring and loving person quick to offer words of encouragement and support. May her family find peace in knowing all the goodness she brought to this world. She’ll always be in our hearts, thanks to the Medina family for sharing her with us all. Hugs to you all.

My heart is very heavy for Lupe’s family and friends, she was an exceptional women with a heart so big! She was amazing friend and colleague not one person she met was not blessed they met her she gave and gave and loved and loved. She is now in heaven with so many of her and our dear family and friends. My prayers and love to the family and my dear “Momma Lupe”.

Lupe, thanks for working with me all those years. You were the best trainer I have ever seen. Thank you for coming to Oregon and training my new staff members. You were great at your craft but you were a better person.
