Harold James WERLE
Age 78, born in the Layton Township, 6 miles west of Bantry, North Dakota, went home to be with the Lord January 5, 2005 in Renton, WA. He was employed by the Boeing Co. for 32 years. After retirement, he enjoyed traveling in his fifth wheel, lawn mowing, volunteering at the Highline Area Food Bank, and attending little league ball games, and other various activities. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, LaVonne; daughter, Judy Davis; 2 sons, AI and his wife Cheryl Werle, and Mike and his wife Barb Werle; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Ed and Bill Werle; 1 sister, Agnes Kennedy; 2 sisters-in-law, Clara and Myrtle Werle; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son Harold P. Werle, granddaughter Nicole Werle, 3 brothers William, Charles, and Irving, and 3 sisters Florence, Evelyn, and Edna. Harold will be greatly missed by those of us who knew him as the kind, helpful, generous, giving person he was. We know that he is home with the Lord, free from pain and suffering. He was a member of the Trinity Church in Des Moines, Washington. Memorial service will be held Saturday, January 15th, 2005 at 2:00 PM at the Trinity Church 20400-1stAve. S., Des Moines, WA 98198.
