Obituary

Harry Slye, age 88 passed away peacefully Monday February 18, 2008 in Tacoma. Harry is survived by his wife of 65 years, Genevieve; sons, Michael Patricia, David Karen, Harry Teresa, Richard Nancy and Mark Debra Slye; 15 grandchildren, Debbie, Shari, Carrie, Michael, Shana, Eric, Heather, Joshua, Jonathan, Lauren, Matthew, Nicole, Justin, Jennifer, Chelsey; great-grandchildren, Meggan, Teresa, Sebastian, Finley, Smith, Savanna, Audriana, Sabrina, Giovanni, Spencer, Sierra, Kristy, Gyn, Tristan, Tyler, Savannah and Rachel; sister, Helen Bunch. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm at BONNEY-WATSON Federal Way, 1535 SW Dash Point Road, Federal Way, WA 253 839-7317. Mass will be celebrated on Friday, 11:00 am at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, 30525 – 8th Avenue S., Federal Way, WA. The family prefers memorial contributions to be made to the Society of St. Vincent dePaul.

We both want you all to know that we feel the loss of Harry so very much.

He was a wonderful friend and one of the nicest and kindest people we have ever known.

Our prayers are for him and for you all in this time of need.
