Harry Rayburn Neff, born in Happy, Texas, passed away January 18, 2004 in Seattle. He called Seattle and Yelm his home for the past 45 years. He is survived by his 2 sons, Alan and Harry “Bud” Neff; one sister, Edith Kuhnley. Memorial Service will be on Wednesday, January 28, 2004 at 12:30 PM at the BONNEY-WATSON Washington Memorial, 16445 International Blvd., SeaTac, WA 206 242-1787.
