Obituary

Helen Caroline Parrott born October 6, 1918 in Bataan, Philippines. She died in Seattle March 11, 2006 after a long illness. She attended St. Domitillas School in Manila. Helen was a strong member of the Filipino Resistance during WWII that saved many American lives. She arrived in Seattle in 1946 and retired from Boeing in 1988. Survived by her long time companion, Roy Porter; sister, Patricia, San Juan, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brother, Jesse Parrott; sister, Mary Odion. A funeral service will be held 7pm, Tuesday, March 14 at Bonney-Watson Capitol Hill. Burial will be at Holyrood Cemetery Wednesday, March 15 at 11AM.
