You have been through so much in your live with the many sorrows of loosing siblings, life is a challenge and you have been strong and able to endure our Lord’s test of character.
God bless you and your family.

What wonderful memories of our great Lamb gatherings I have. May God hold you in his hand during this time and though we know Uncle Herb is much, much better off, the emptiness still is sometimes overwhelming. I just know he had the biggest welcoming committee Heaven could offer when he attived yesterday!!!Love to you all
Sandy:
Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. One of my favorite memories is of my trip to Seattle with Granddaddy Bob to visit Uncle Herb and Aunt Doris. I always smile when I think about the boat trip into Seattle and our day trip to Canada.
May the Lord give you peace beyond all understanding!
Much Love

Sandy & Doug, Just to let you know our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I will always treasure the visits we shared. What fun we had that summer of 2002 in New Home at Daddy’s house. Your parents visited me in Houston in 1983. Uncle Herb was always up early to run! I was so impressed.May God surround you with the Peace that only comes from Him. Love, Glenda & Bob

Dear Sandy,
As I read through your Dad’s obit, my eyes flooded with tears not only for his passing but for those in your family who’ve gone before him. What precious times I had with the Lamb’s growing up! You’ve been through many hard times with grace and courage. I pray that God will continue to sustain and comfort you at this time.

Sandy, Doug, and family–
My sincerest condolences for the loss of your father and grandfather. I know it’s been a rough time for you, and my prayer is that you find rest in God’s arms and feel His perfect peace. God Bless you all–Keri
I am Estelle’s Herb’s sister granddaughter and Rita’s daughter. When I was around ten years old, my mother, sister and I went to see Uncle Herb and Aunt Doris in Seattle. We stayed out in their camper. They took us sight seeing, the Space Needle, and my personal favorite, their cabin on the river! We rode the paddle boat, roasted clams and that is when I ate my first smore! It is one of my greatest memories and I think its why I love camping so much to this day! God Bless Uncle Herb! He was a wonderful, kind, giving man who is with our heavenly father now and whom we shall see again!

Granddad will be greatly missed. All our love,
We shared many wonderful times with Herb while he and Doris lived in the house at Redondo Beach. I especially remember the many dinners that our group shared at the various local restaurants. We also enjoyed the many AA and Al-Anon roundups and retreats with both of them.
One other fond memory I have is when Herb had fallen and injured his head. We went to visit him at the Hallmark Manor and Herb could vividly remember times from when he lived in Texas and when he and Doris were newlyweds, but had trouble remembering things that happened yesterday and he would “make up” words that only made sense to him. It made us smile as we tried to figure out what he meant. We played cards with him and he enjoyed talking about baseball.
He will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with Doris and all of his family.
Love ya,
Chet & Carol Sabotka
Goodbye my high school friend, and thanks for all the good times we shared.
