Obituary
Huey Paul Rodrigue, age 88, passed away peacefully on August 23, 2017, in Burien Washington, surrounded by his family. “Rod” was born in Paincourtville, Louisiana on March 19, 1929 to Joseph and Adeline Rodrigue. He left the bayous of Louisiana to join the Air Force and later served with the Navy during the Korean Conflict on the USS Boxer. After leaving the Service, Rod worked for the Boeing Aircraft Company for more than forty years with the Security Department, making many friends along the way. Providing security for the Lunar Rover project was a career highlight. Rod was an avid golfer, playing for the love of the game. He will be remembered as an industrious worker and someone always willing to lend a hand. Rod is survived by Linda, his wife of 42 years, four children and six grandchildren. He will be missed.
