Obituary
Marion was born to James and Jean (McGregor) Curran on February 22, 1916 in Tacoma, Washington. She moved to Seattle in 1949, and lived the remainder of her life in the
Seattle area. On December 31, 2012, at the age of 96, she went to sleep peacefully, and woke up in the presence of her Lord Jesus Christ. She was preceded in death by her son Barney Spielman and her younger brother Harry Curran.
Her family includes her sister Agnes White, son Martin Acey and daughters Bonita and husband Doyle Dorsey and Dianna and husband David Clark. Marion had four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren, all of whom she loved dearly.
Marion worked in canneries in Cordova, Alaska and in Washington, and provided child care for many who still consider her as Grandma. Her favorite things to do were embroidery, reading, animals, inspirational poetry, gardening, and being on boats and by the water.
She will always be Mom to me. I am so sorry I missed the services. Loved her so much.
Pretty sad that my own family would not even include me as I was bernards daughter so that would make 5 grandchildren she has in total don’t know why they would leave me out but they did 😡

Marion also had a granddaughter who was from her late son bernard and 5 great grandchildren as well it’s sad this so called Christian family would leave the rest if the family out!!!
It had to of been dianna it’s her grandkids in the pic with her 🤦♀️ I’m so over it like really .. like instead of giving his things to me which I am his daughter they give it to other family members his car he wanted me to have his ear stuff ect … I’m done !!!
