Obituary
Jack M. Radford III age 65, born July 29, 1956, to Jack Radford Jr and Joanne Marie Radford (Scott) in Seattle Washington. Jack, the oldest with three siblings Greg age 63, Andrea age 58 and Chris age 55. He was a proud Uncle to his nephews and nieces.
Jack grew up in the Seattle area attending both private and public schools. He obtained degrees in both Criminal Justice, and Child Psychology. He joined the US Navy and was stationed on the USS Enterprise. He loved sharing stories about all his journeys while in the service. Jack was an intrepid member of the U.S. Navy’s team via the University of Washington at Ice Camp APLIS. He participated in two Artic Expeditions. He received special recognition by the State of Alaska’s Governor, an achievement he was so proud of. While in the Navy he was in Japan, Australia, Africa and the Philippines, just to name a few. Jack was acknowledged for his service and many accomplishments. There are so many, but just to name a few; A Presidential Citation, Special Merit Citation for achieving Superior Food Service Standards (The NEY Award) in the U.S. Armed Forces, Washington State Employee award for Performance in the Combined Fund Drive, several awards in Customer Service and Exceptional Performance.
Jack worked in the Restaurant Management and food service industry for several years. He enjoyed cooking and trying different cuisine. Jack was a collector of all the things he loved. He enjoyed everything Marvel and DC and shared his appreciation of old coins, astronomy, coca cola, geology and several other interests. He would often share his knowledge and interests with his family. Jack played the drums and was very good, he used to play a lot in his younger years. His love of animals was apparent to everyone who knew him. Dogs, cats, birds, he just loved all the families’ pets as if they were family members to him too.
His humor and laughter will be truly missed by his family and friends. Gone to soon March 2, 2022 in his home, now at peace in Heaven.
Uncle Jack you will be loved and missed forever and always.

Jack was always quick with a smile or a laugh. His family meant everything to him and he was first to offer assistance if he sensed a need. He was truly one of a kind, and he’ll be so missed. Rest easy Jack.
