Jim passed away April 27, 2022 in Des Moines, WA. Jim was born in Seattle on January 20, 1936 to Urban and Mildred Cloutier. He was the eldest of four Sons. Jim is survived by wife, Diane of 66 years. Daughter, Kim Ehigh. Grandson, Tom Ehigh (Emily). Three Great-grandchildren, Ryan, Thomas and Ruby. Brother Dan. Jim is predeceased by Daughter Kathy, Son Jim and Brothers Jerry and Paul.
Jim was a hardworking man who always put his Family first. He was a devoted Friend. Jim attended St. George’s Parish School and graduated from O’Dea High School in 1954. Jim worked at Wonder Bread for years before becoming Self-employed, opening and operating two Gas Stations and a Car Wash.
Jim could fix just about anything. He didn’t throw away a nut or a bolt because he could use it in the future for some type of project or repair. He loved old cars, owning a couple of Model T’s and two collectable cars.
Upon retirement, Jim and Diane had many adventures exploring the US via their famous road trips. They belonged to a Model T Car Club and enjoyed so many tours in their Model T. They participated as the support team in the Great American Race, which took them all over the country several times.
Funeral Mass, May 12th 11:00am at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Burien. Reception following in Unity Place. Private Burial will be held at a later date. Memorials to your favorite Charity.
