Janet Louise Sasala (Braun)

Born to Natalie & Walter Braun in Seattle, WA. Graduated from Chief Sealth High School. Lifelong resident of West Seattle. Retired from Human Resources Department at the Port of Seattle. Jan was a skilled seamstress and gracious hostess who will be missed greatly by the family she held dear. She leaves behind her husband Steve Sasala, son; Michael (Mary) of Dallas, TX, grandsons; Stephen and Daniel, brothers; David (Maysie), Mark (Michelle) and Ward (Carole) Braun; loving nieces, nephews and their children; and her close circle of friends and the neighbors.
Memorial service will be Sunday, January 24, 3:00pm at Bonney-Watson Washington Memorial Park, 16445 International Blvd, Sea-Tac.
In lieu of flowers, please send memorial donations to the American Lung Association.
I will miss you Jan ……Talking about and sharing photos of our amazing grandchildren, the “good old days” at the Port, what you were sewing, what Steve had recently cooked and so much more.
