Obituary
Jeremy was born in Dallas, TX and moved to Washington as a baby. He grew up in Burien, WA and attended Highline High School.
Jeremy was strong-willed from the moment he entered this Earth. He was a precocious child and very bright. Jeremy entered school early and liked academics and was very involved in school activities.
Jeremy loved sports – both playing on the field himself as well as watching professional teams in person or on TV. He was in the PAC West Little League from age 7-13 and played baseball, basketball and soccer in middle school and high school.
He also had a huge passion for music. Jeremy could spend hours listening to all types of artists. He liked to collect music and create customized CDs for people he loved.
You could also find Jeremy enjoying the outdoors, camping at Richie Bay, exploring the woods, or beachcombing at Seahurst Park.
Friends describe Jeremy as popular, with sensitivity and a sense of humor. He was sweet and cared about others.
He will be missed by all those who loved him.
He is survived by his parents, Mary Kaye Evans, Des Moines, WA, and William Evans, Bellevue; his paternal grandmother, Joyce Evans, Wisconsin; numerous aunts and uncles, Kathie (Roger) Peil, Texas, Nancy (Richard) Wilder, Wisconsin, Robert (Yvette) Noe and Paul (Faith) Noe, both of Indiana, and Kurt (Marlene) Noe, Wisconsin; and many cousins and their families.
So very sorry to hear about Jeremy, we have very happy memories of Jack and Jeremy playing together for PacWest LIttle League, and the summer they spent fishing.
Our thoughts are with Mary Kaye and Bill.
Jeremy, I want you to know how much you are missed. You were so loved by everyone. You made me laugh whenever you were at my house and you still do. Your Memory will live on. We love you.
Thinking of a time that seems like just yesterday when Jeremy and Jake were buddies and played sports together during elementary school. Our thoughts are with you, Mary Kaye and Bill. We are so very sorry for your loss.

We are so sorry for your loss.
Jeremy, I will always remember our chats about music and looking for that summer job and sports. It was great to have you at Dana’s Body Zone Kick-ing it with your dad! You will truly be missed.
My life was brightened knowing Jeremy. He was a very special person that could make an entire group of people bust out in laughter or be amazed by his ability do play a sport or video game. He will be missed. My condolences to Bill and Mary Kay.
Bill and Mary Kay,
We are so sorry to hear this devastating news. I wish there were words that we would say to make things better, but I know nothing can take away the pain you must be feeling. I hope that you know that we and so many from the Pac West, Burien community are thinking of you. I hope that you are finding something in your lives that brings you strength and peace. Love to you both. We are only a phone call away, day or night.
Karen and Tom,
Jeremy was full of talent and spirit that we won’t forget. We are so very sorry for your loss, and send our heartfelt condolences.
Our hearts go out to Bill and Mary Kaye and all of the friends and family. Jeremy is free, while hearts here are broken. May his light shine forever in our hearts with a warm loving and healing light. Let there be no more darkness only light.
I remember Jeremy’s enthusiastic help with our homeowner’s association work party days. We asked him to do something and he would jump right in and get it done. His smile was a joy.
Light and healing for all.
Jeremy was my best friend for 10 years, and i’ll say that the 10 years that i’ve known you i didn’t have one bad time with you. i’m gonna miss your sense of humor and how you would always stretch a joke into your own. i wish i could spend one more day with you jer and listen to music and play basketball or throw the football around like we used too. i’m gonna miss you jer. i’ll never forget the memories we’ve shared.
Jeremy was a great young athlete. He was very strong, very coordinated and very competitive. He had more than most and was the envy of many. He was part of a greater group of a community of young boys and men that are all so special to us, and special to each other. I have faith that his legend and spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who he touched, like myself and family. He was very special and this is very sad, but we will learn and continue to live in grow with his memory in our hearts.
You’ll always be missed Jeremy…love you man. I’ll never forget our times.

I used to go by Heidi but I transitioned to Roman. Jeremy and I were dating as kids and remained good friends through our childhood. I remember countless summers swimming in the pool together and shooting hoops in front of his house. We would get ourselves into innocent trouble and laugh together about our pranks. I loved his positive attitude and calm demeanor. He was there for me when my family wasn’t. I miss him so much and think about him a lot. Rest in peace buddy. I’m still thinking about you and our childhood. All the days at Seahurst and all the laughs we had.
