He loved and was loved deeply by his family. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Rest in peace, Huckle.
What a big loss, he was always there to talk, and ask how others were doing. It is amazing what he would do for his family. I will miss all the stories about my grandfather, and my dad. He was a great source of history of the family.

John was my father in law for 31 years. He was an incredible man. He took everyday with love and courage. He loved his family very deeply. He enjoyed spending time with them, he took the older grandkids to the Puyallup fair every year when they were little, we would let them skip a day of school so they could go. The grandkids loved being with them. He loved playing softball and the family reunions at Steel Lake and Saltwater state park. He will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace
Huckle was the best Grandpa I could have ever hoped for. We spent most days together when I was growing up. Almost all of my favorite childhood memories include him, he taught me how to play cards and how to do card tricks, he was always just so cool. I remember we would watch Jeopardy with Grandma Oma and keep track of who got the most answers right I swear most of the time he let me win, he loved baseball and made me love baseball as well. He would even watch Beverly Hills 90210, although he would never admit to me that he actually enjoyed watching it and in return I would watch the Mariners game with him which I secretly enjoyed as well
I miss those times and I miss my Grandpa with all my heart. He loved all of his family and we loved him right back. He will forever be in my heart. I know that him and my Grandma Oma have been reunited in Heaven. Huckle you will be greatly missed. I love you and thank you for being a wonderful Grandpa to all of us!
