Obituary
Joe Patton, known to family and friends as Jody, died Sunday, June 20, 2004 in a glider crash near Seattle. He soared from this earth enjoying a sport he loved. Jody is survived by wife, Ann Jarvis-Patton; parents Susan and Joe Patton and sister Jennifer Patton Megliore Mark of Hilton Head, SC; Jeanne Jarvis of Bethesda, MD; Jim and Debby Jarvis of Ringwood, IL; sisters Beth Fred Keiltyka and Rebecca Jason Ressler; brother David Jarvis Leslie; and grandparents Priscilla Patton, Jane Oertel, and Horace and Ruth Jarvis.
Joe was a graduate of Syracuse University School of Architecture and was proud to have been a Design Project Manager on the STEP project at SEATAC Airport with Heery International; and to have worked on the Seattle City Hass with Bassetti Architects. Joe was secretary for the Evergreen Soaring Club.
Calling hours Friday, June 25th from 4-8pm and service on Saturday, June 26th at 11:00AM at Bonney-Watson Funeral Home, 1732 Broadway, Seattle, WA. In lieu of flowers, remembrances to Habitat for Humanity.
