Obituary

Joslyn Sage Farrell was born to Katrina Guisasola and Wade Farrell on December 11, 2006. Our little angel was called to the Lord on June 23, 2013. Joslyn will be forever remembered by her mother Trina, her dad Mark, her dad Wade, her big sisters; Trinity, Chloe, her little sister Makenzie, her many aunts, uncles, grandparents, great grandparents, and  cousins.During her six short years here on Earth she touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends.  Her life was a special gift to us that we will forever be thankful for.

Joslyn loved school and was a “model student”, as her teacher said. Joslyn was a mommy’s girl and loved to just be at home spending time with her family. Joslyn’s smile was contagious and her beautiful blue eyes sparkled like no other. Joslyn loved deeply and was a little caregiver.  Joslyn was extremely compassionate and intelligent. She enjoyed singing and dancing. She always shined like a little star. We will all continue to honor Joslyn’s loving and kind spirit. She was our little princess and she will always be in our hearts.

Daddy please don’t look so sad, momma please don’t cry.
Cause I’m in the arms of Jesus, and he sings me lullabies.
Please try not to question God, don’t think he is unkind.
Don’t think he sent me to you and then changed his mind.
You see I’m a special child, I am needed up above.
I’m the special gift you gave Him, a product of your love.
I’ll always be there with you, so watch the sky at night.
Look for the brightest star and know that’s my halo’s brilliant light.
You’ll see me in the morning frost that mists your window pane.
That’s me in the summer showers, I’ll be dancing in the rain.
When you feel a gentle breeze from a gentle wind that blows.
Know that it’s me planting a kiss upon your nose.
When you see a child playing and your heart feels a tug,
Don’t be sad mommy, that’s just me giving your heart a hug.
So daddy don’t looks so sad and momma please don’t cry.
I’m in the arms of Jesus and he sings me lullabies!

I have yet to write anything because I was unsure of what to put as my thoughts wouldn’t come to mind until now. I’ll start off by saying there will never be a day I don’t think of your beautiful blue eyes and the smile that made the day brighter. The personality of a 6 year old girl going on 13 (: the smartest, bravest and amazing little sister anyone could ask for. We all know your still with is Joslyn, and one day just not too long from now we all will be with you again. I’ll continue to stay strong and hug your lady bug pillow pet every time I’m sad. I am going to do big things in life Princess because I know in my heart that you will be helping and leading the way. I got amazing news today!! And I think it was heaven sent. I will follow through and push my way to the top! We will correct the horrible dam that still to this day almost takes the lives of people just trying to have fun. I will help correct the signs plus way more! A fundraiser will be starting soon and the goal is 200,000 let’s do this. Princess we ARE ON A MISSION! I love you, Trinity, Joshua and Savannah (:
