Obituary
Julia Strom Beckton, born October 19, 1906 passed away October 31, 2006 at the Hearthstone where she had been living for the past 16 years. She was born and raised in Ballard and married at the age of 62. Her husband of 30 years, Andrew Beckton, preceded her in death in 1999. She is survived by a step-son, Robert, 2 step-daughters-in-law, Alice and Joanne, 2 step-granchildren, Kent and Kristine and their spouses, 3 step-great grandchildren, Jackson, Kaitlyn and Anders, besides many nieces and nephews and a host of friends. She was a long time member of Calvary Christian Assembly and was part of a trio as well as a soloist in her younger days. A memorial service will be held at The Hearthstone, Saturday, Nov. 11th at 1:00PM.
